Eileen Rossler is the owner of, and principal consultant for, Exponential Evaluation and Development Services. This practical and innovative community asset development firm partners with diverse health care, educational and non-profit systems to build capacity, quality, and sustainable community impact. This is accomplished through tiered evaluation, comprehensive professional development, and strategic planning services. Eileen and her team individualize the evaluation metrics and action plan for each contract, to meet each organization's specific development and/or evaluation needs.

Eileen holds degrees in education, allied health, and social work. Prior to relocating to South Carolina, Eileen was on the leadership team of a 14-county comprehensive family support agency in rural upstate New York, overseeing childcare, prevention, adoption, case management, HIV, employment readiness, parenting, and anger management programs for 15 years. This experience followed years of teaching middle school, administering residential and respite programs for adults with developmental disabilities, and providing clinical counseling services (with a specialization in play therapy) in health clinics and Title One schools.
Concurrently, Eileen served as a field instructor and adjunct professor at the School of Social Welfare, Rockefeller College of Public Policy, State University of NY at Albany, teaching graduate level Evaluation and Non-Profit Management courses. Eileen has served on state and national conference, accreditation, and evaluation teams. Her program and professional development work has been recognized by the Anne. E. Casey Foundation, the New York State Developmental Disabilities Service Organization, the American Evaluators Association and others.

Eileen has extensive experience facilitating collective impact and health access projects. This experience includes working with diverse community partners to frame a Common Agenda for Collective Impact via the development of shared goals, processes and metrics. Her ability to guide the development of evaluation frameworks to support practical implementation, shared data analysis, and utility, is often cited by her clients as having been integral to strengthening community partnerships and systems. This engagement and strategic planning expertise has also been effective in launching organizational initiatives and updating Board training.
Eileen is the author of the Rage to Resolution and Mad Choices anger management curricula, which views anger from the strengths perspective, as "a sane response to an unsafe world." These curricula sets help participants of the 12 week program learn to harness anger's power for action and advocacy. Rage to Resolution and MAD CHOICES have been used with over 5,000 families, generating over $7 million in renewable grant funding for the programs Eileen led in NY, as well as, programs adapting the curriculum in other regions of the state, since 2007.

In our first nine years of operation, Exponential Evaluation and Development Services helped diverse educational, health and non-profit systems secure over $34.6 million dollars in renewable grant and investment resources. These resources are being used to empower quality improvement and capacity building in complex systems including, but not limited to, health care access and equity in HPSA/MUA regions, state-wide child care and early learning systems, school districts,community development organizations, art foundations and STEM/STEAM initiatives. On average, our clients increased the number of individuals served by 36%; enhanced evaluation systems to demonstrate measurable outcomes, impact and return on investment; and developed 6-8 new strategic partners. We are equally proud to have completed annual pro-bono development projects for 36 nonprofits with budgets of 2 million dollars or less, as part of our annual Capacity Build initiative. Additionally, our Executive Coaching services have assisted 18 individuals in enhancing their executive leadership outcomes, gaining top executive positions in non-profit organizations, and increasing community representation in leadership.
